The Knight Butcher has grown quite a bit since we first opened our doors, but great meat is still at the heart of everything we do.
Our butcher counter is stocked with USA-raised beef, pork, chicken, lamb and more, including everyday favorites and specialty cuts you won't always find at a traditional grocery store. From ribeyes, filets and New York strips to tomahawks, tri-tip, short ribs, roasts, pork chops, sausages and specialty burgers, we're here to help you find the right cut for dinner, the grill or your next big gathering.
We also carry several levels of premium beef, including Prime, Akaushi American Wagyu and Japanese A5 Wagyu when available. And if you're looking for something you don't see in the case, just ask Butcher Chad—we may have it or be able to get it for you!
MORE THAN A BUTCHER SHOP
Over the years, TKB has grown into a destination for a whole lot more than steaks.
Our coolers and freezers are packed with customer favorites like stuffed pork chops, stuffed potatoes, bacon-wrapped asparagus, green bean bundles, jalapeño poppers, sausage shots, specialty burgers, pulled pork and other ready-to-cook and grab-and-go items.
You'll also find our Gourmet Section stocked with hand-picked seasonings, rubs, sauces, salts, oils, snacks and other goodies we think are worth bringing home. And, of course, we can't forget the sweet stuff.
Our Knight Sugar Fudge is made right here at TKB in a rotating lineup of flavors, along with other specialty sweets and treats.
Then there's one of the products that has been with us from the beginning: Knight Jerky. Our beef jerky is made in-house in a variety of flavors and has become one of our bestselling products. Can't make it to Laurel? Our jerky and other select TKB favorites are available to order online and ship nationwide!
LUNCH AT THE BUTCHER SHOP

TKB serves lunch ALL DAY, Tuesday–Saturday from 10 AM–6 PM. Our menu includes our popular Butcher's Grind Burger, Brisket Burger, Ribeye Burger and other rotating favorites, plus sides and upgrades like our bacon-wrapped asparagus. Want TKB without leaving the house or office? DoorDash is available, too.
We also offer catering for groups, businesses, meetings and events, with delivery options available for qualifying orders in the Laurel area.
