Can you believe it's already April?! This year seems to be flying by and I have to say we are extremely excited that April is finally here. This month is going to really kick us into gear. Soon, we should finally be able to get in the doors and begin work. Thankfully, the building doesn't need much of a facelift and we are anticipating opening quickly. It is our goal/hope that we can open our shop doors by the end of this month and at worst the beginning of May. We are so very excited to show Laurel what we can do and to get tasty meat onto your grills this Summer.
