After a couple of weeks working to get the shop ready we finally opened our doors on May 6th 2015! Today marks a week since our "soft" opening and things have been absolutely wonderful. We can't even express the gratitude and thanks that we have to everyone that has walked through our doors. Your enthusiasm and desire to support our small business has been overwhelming. It thrills us to no end to see a group of regulars already start to form. We have heard numerous times how the steak you bought from us is the best that you've ever had and that is exactly what we were aiming for. We can't seem to keep the Knight Jerky in stock so we've already ordered another dehydrator to ramp up production. The Knight Sugar fudge has been very well received too and I just love making it fresh every morning for you guys and hearing all of your requests for future batches. If you haven't come by to see us yet, what are you waiting for?! We are open Monday-Saturday from 10AM to 6PM and we would love to 'meat' you.
